XMC is recruiting a Team Lead based in Victoria to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Team Lead to oversee the execution of this ongoing activation. This role requires travel between Victoria and Vancouver, including the transportation of program assets, event setup and teardown, and onsite team leadership.
Compensation: $26-28/hr
Program Dates:
- Wednesday June 24th, 2026 - Thursday July 2, 2026
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Independently transport activation assets between Victoria and Vancouver and ensure all materials arrive safely and on schedule.
- Comfortable driving a 10-15ft foot truck
- Lead the setup and teardown of the activation footprint, ensuring all elements are executed according to program standards.
- Supervise and support onsite staff throughout the activation, providing direction, managing breaks, and ensuring a positive team environment.
- Serve as the primary onsite contact, troubleshooting issues and maintaining seamless program execution.
- Accurately track and report program metrics, inventory, and key learnings.
- Complete and submit all required post-event reporting, including surveys, photos, and activation metrics, to the XMC management team.
