What You Will Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee a wide range of essential activities, including task management, resource scheduling, and comprehensive project documentation. Your accuracy and attention to detail will directly influence the success of our delivery, ensuring that our operations are smooth, efficient, and perfectly aligned with our strategic goals.

Core Responsibilities & Mission
Your mission is to streamline project delivery by managing the friction between planning and execution. You will be responsible for:
- Task Management & Execution: Tracking project milestones, identifying potential bottlenecks, and ensuring all "moving parts" stay on schedule.
- Strategic Alignment: Working with Project Managers to ensure daily tasks align with the long-term project strategy and client expectations.
- Communication Hub: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring information flows clearly and accurately.
- Resource Coordination: Managing the allocation of people, equipment, and materials to ensure no project stalls due to resource gaps.
- Documentation Excellence: Maintaining meticulous project records, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally within the construction, industrial, or technical services sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel Smart Sheet essential. Project management software, Microsoft Office 365, and resource scheduling tools are an asset.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex project data into clear status updates.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills – The ability to handle multiple requests among team members, handle all meetings, and manage a workforce with their daily tasks and delegation is mandatory

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
