Job Description outline includes responsibilities such as.
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to; Oil changes, tire rotations/replacement, fluid flushes, air conditioner re-charges, alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations
- Maintain a working knowledge of manufactures campaign / recalls, technical bulletins, and warranty process
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness
- Maintain legible and accurate summaries of work performed for the customer, the warranty department, and for our internal records.
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
- Stay up to date with Manufactures / Dealership ongoing training
- Out of province certification would be considered an asset.
- Must have pride in workman ship, and be able to perform in a fast paced environment.
