Security Site Supervisor
Location: Dawson Creek, BC
Securiguard Services is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of Security Professionals on a temporary full-time assignment in Dawson Creek.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring site requirements are met, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support security personnel

Ensure all site procedures and standards are followed

Review daily reports and site documentation

Respond to incidents and operational concerns

Assist with scheduling and maintaining shift coverage

Conduct site inspections and audits
-
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff

Build and maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and stakeholders

Ensure all security operations are conducted safely and professionally
Qualifications

Valid BC Security Worker Licence

Valid OFA Level 1 Certification

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Professional report-writing skills

Ability to effectively manage people and priorities in a dynamic environment

Strong attendance record and commitment to professionalism

Must be able to pass a criminal record check
