Farm Manager (Full-Time) – Rural Ontario
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Farm Manager for our cash crop farm in a rural area of Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, and ensuring sustainable farming practices. The role includes both hands-on farm management and administrative office duties, including planning, record keeping, purchasing, and staff coordination. This is a fully on-site position requiring work both outdoors and in an office setting under typical farming conditions.
Due to the seasonal nature of crop production, work schedules may vary significantly throughout the year. During peak seasons such as planting and harvest, workdays may begin very early in the morning and/or extend late into the night. Weekend work will also be required as operational and weather conditions dictate.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in managing a farm
- English language proficiency
- Valid driver’s licence
- Bondable

Responsibilities
- Manage overall farm operations
- Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
- Purchase machinery, seed, and other supplies
