Kayla's Children Centre provides education, therapy, recreational and respite services for children with a wide variety of special needs within a Jewish cultural setting. We are looking for someone to join our growing ABA department. As a Clinical Supervisor, you would have the opportunity to work within an interdisciplinary team of teachers, BCBA's and rehab therapists in providing a unique educational and therapeutic intervention.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· BACB/CPBAO supervision
· Provide training to teachers, IT’s and support staff on principles of ABA and behaviour management and how to apply them to the classroom
· Parent training and support
· Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-based treatment – programming, supervises and involvement in ongoing intervention
· Running classroom groups on topics such as emotional regulation, social skills, ACT (with the intention of training and modeling for the staff)
· IEP support to teachers and staff – with creation of goals and ongoing monitoring, data collection related to goals
· Supervise 1:1 programming (including OAP funded students)
· Supervise ABA therapists for supervised services
· Writing, implementing, and supervising behaviour plans in the classroom (including functional assessment)
· Classroom consultation – recommend strategies to teachers to improve behaviour in classrooms, support implementation of ABA strategies (eg: reinforcement, schedules)
· Parent communication – monthly update on classroom groups, regular contact regarding classroom programs
· Assessment and program planning for students receiving 1:1 programming
Skills and Qualifications:
· BCBA/RBA required
- Three to five years of direct clinical experience in behaviour analysis or intensive behavioural intervention
- Strong knowledge and experience in: Natural Environment Teaching, Discrete Trial Teaching, Precision Teaching
- SBT experience and training an asset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while still being part of the team
- Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
