Project Supervisors work directly with our Project Managers to ensure the correct execution and timely completion of projects. Supervising operations personnel and working on various projects in the field ensures the Project Supervisor is always on the move. With their extensive construction/restoration experience, strong organizational abilities, and passion for getting work done on time and under budget, the Project Supervisor is key to On Side’s success.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee commercial and residential rebuild/restoration projects and manage assigned files from start to completion
- Review scopes of work and collaborate with Project Managers to plan and execute projects effectively
- Coordinate vendors, sub-trades, and suppliers, ensuring proper assignment and workflow
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients/homeowners and stakeholders, providing clear communication and scheduling updates to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage project budgets and resources to deliver work efficiently and cost-effectively
- Lead, coach, and supervise field staff and on-site teams across multiple projects, including in-house staff and sub-trades
- Monitor schedules, assign team workloads, and ensure timelines are maintained
- Conduct regular site visits, document job progress, and complete detailed reports
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including regular site safety inspections
- Working on the tools as required
What You Bring
- 2+ years of Construction related experience
- 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in the restoration industry is an asset
- Occupational First Aid – Level 2 is an asset
- Knowledge of building materials and schedule of timeline to complete tasks
- Superior communication skills: dealing with homeowners, Project Managers, Stakeholders and employees
- Finish Carpentry experience (ability to work tools as needed)
- Ability to work within a budget
- Work ethic and the ability to bring this out in others
- Tech savvy and previous experience using MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)
