Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with meal prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
- Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
- Uphold excellent food handling standards while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, including knife skills, cooking methods, and food presentation.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
