Dylan’s Landscaping is a growing, locally-owned business known for delivering clean, reliable, and high-quality outdoor work. We handle everything from routine yard maintenance to custom landscaping projects. We’re looking for a Main Guy – someone who can take charge, work hard, and grow with us.
Position Overview:
We need a dependable, hands-on team leader who can show up, work hard, and take pride in a job well done. As the Main Guy, you'll be Dylan’s right-hand person – leading small crews, handling tools and equipment, and making sure every job site looks top-notch when we leave.
Responsibilities:
- Lead small crews on landscaping and yard maintenance jobs
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
- Ensure job sites are clean and professional-looking
- Communicate with clients as needed
- Problem-solve on the fly and keep the team on track
Qualifications:
- Prior landscaping experience (2+ years preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Leadership experience or natural ability to take initiative
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with hardscaping, irrigation, or design
- Can drive a truck and trailer
- Want to grow into a foreman role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
