To support our team, we are seeking a Regional Manager – West to lead business development, sales, and regional operations in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta & British Columbia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and is passionate about driving growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet company targets
- Manage relationships with distributors, integrators, and key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the region
- Facilitating & specifying the project through consultants and contractors
- Present WatchNET at industry events, trade shows, and meetings
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to align goals
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a regional sales or management role (preferably in Security/Automation or Tech)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to travel throughout the Western region, as and when required
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
