Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up with potential clients and support ongoing sales efforts
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (especially in English & Punjabi) to serve diverse customer bases
- Experience in technology sales, retail sales, or merchandising preferred
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, cash handling, and POS operations
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales volume
- Technical sales experience is a plus, especially involving product demonstrations of complex or technical items

Pay: $2,000.00-$3,250.00 per month
