Chasin’ Tails is looking for creative individuals to compliment our grooming department. Must be ready to work weekends and holidays.
Job Duties: Groomers are responsible for checking in and out Grooming clients. Answering phone and email inquiries. Executing grooming requests for all breeds and sizes. Groomers must be comfortable with all clips and have their own equipment. Groomer Assistants will have basic equipment supplied to them. Groomers/asst must clean and maintain facility standards. Participate in ongoing educational opportunities. This role includes long periods of time on your feet
Job Skills: Must possess a passion for dogs while maintaining a professional and objective presence. Be comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Be able to work independently, strong communication skills, take initiative to see company policies completed.
Pet first aid and benefits will be provided to employees after 6 months.
Pay rate: Groomers are paid a commission wage based on experience. Groomer Assistants are eligible for hourly or commission rate
