This is not an entry-level position.
We are not looking for someone to “learn the ropes.”
We are looking for someone who already knows how to do the job and can step in comfortably.
If you don’t have real restoration experience, this won’t be a fit.
The Role
You’ll be handling fire and water losses from start to finish alongside our team.
That means:
- Knowing what needs to be done without constant direction
- Taking ownership of your jobs & guiding your team to a job well done.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Water extraction, equipment setup, and proper drying practices
- Fire/smoke remediation
- Tear-out and controlled demolition
- Reading moisture, placing equipment properly
- Keeping clean, accurate job notes and photos
- Communicating with homeowners and team members professionally
What We Expect
- Minimum 1–2 years in restoration (non-negotiable)
- You understand drying concepts
- You can work hard with little guidance
- You show up on time and are consistent
- You take pride in your work (we don’t do sloppy)
- Valid driver’s license
Bonus if you have:
- IICRC (WRT, ASD, FSRT)
- Experience dealing with restoration programs for documentation
Pay:
- $26 – $32/hour depending on experience
- Overtime + on-call opportunities
