Congo Raw in Newmarket is currently seeking a G Class Driver for immediate hire. This position entails the delivery of frozen product to our retail stores and home deliveries to our clients. Come join our awesome and driven team!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete deliveries in an efficient and timely manner, verifing invoices to ensure order is correct
- May assist with picking items for orders
- Ability to load and unload vehicle independently
- Self-motivated and driven to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ensure any discrepencies or complaints are immediately reported to the Director or Warehouse Manager
- Check-In with Director or Warehouse Manager on Delivery progress or delays
- Daily inspection of vehicle for fluid levels, tire condition and ensure cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle
- Able to effectively maneuver in highly congested traffic areas
- Must demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
Qualifications
- Must have a G Class driver's license and a clean driving record, non smoker
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships with team members and clients
- Being able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50lbs
