Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell HVAC solutions, providing technical expertise, and demonstrating product capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer networking, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, virtualization technologies like VMware, and scripting skills including Python and Bash (Unix shell). Duties
- Meet with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs (if applicable)
- Recommend furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and other HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present professional quotations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Generate referrals and help grow the business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (HVAC experience is a strong asset).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and CRM software.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
This position is integral to driving sales growth through technical expertise and customer engagement in the HVAC industry.
Pay: $34,400.00-$122,996.46 per year
