WHAT’S THE TEAM LIKE
The Infrastructure Team is a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for designing and building everything at both Calgary International and Springbank Airports. We take pride in delivering high-quality projects that shape the airport experience, and we do it in a fast-paced, engaging environment. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate requirements workshops and working sessions to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain functional (user stories, use cases) and non-functional (data, reporting, security, and governance), requirements documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
- Define, prioritize, and validate business requirements for large and complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams.
- Assess requirement changes, identify impacts, and maintain alignment between business objectives and project scope.
- Prepare and present requirements updates, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to support project and investment decisions.
- Define performance measures, reporting requirements, and success criteria to support project outcomes and business objectives.
- Validate proposed solutions against documented requirements and established business objectives.
- Apply business analysis standards, templates, and best practices while contributing to continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
- Assign and oversee business analysis activities across project initiatives, ensuring requirements deliverables are completed in accordance with established standards and timelines.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is required. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- 6-8 years of progressive project experience culminating in leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts with various levels of complexity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced requirements elicitation and analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proven ability to gather and refine project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and seamless collaboration across technical and business audiences.
WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET
- Bilingual in English and French
- CBAP Certification or equivalent will be considered an asset
- PMP Certification or equivalent will be considered an asset
