Our Sudbury location is hiring a Part Time Keyholder / Sales Associate. Part-time staff work up to 24 hours per week.
As a Sales Associate you will be required to fit customers of all ages for various types of footwear. You will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for each customer, and as such customer service and retail experience are considered an asset. In addition to the above, the Keyholder will have additional responsibility of being a floor leader and supervise employees in the absence of store management.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have the ability to work in a performance-driven sales culture
- Have the flexibility for varied shifts/work holidays/weekends between 9:30am to 9:00pm
- Thrive in an energetic team setting
- Be able to promote, sell and convey insight on various footwear models, brands and technologies to customers
- Be able to complete additional daily tasks as required
- Be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, climbing ladders and bending as needed
- Have customer service and/or retail sales experience
- Keyholder will have 1-year supervisory experience
