This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to play a key role in optimizing maintenance activities, improving operational efficiency, and supporting large-scale industrial operations in a highly collaborative environment.
Competitive hourly compensation of $65-$90/hour
Fly-in/fly-out rotation with an excellent 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule

Develop and maintain integrated maintenance schedules across multiple work centers and operational groups
Analyze schedules to identify conflicts, optimize resources, and improve overall operational efficiency
Facilitate schedule review, notification review, and schedule compliance meetings with key stakeholders
Identify critical paths, risks, and opportunities while supporting scenario planning and forecasting activities
Collaborate closely with maintenance planners, supervisors, and operational leaders to ensure schedule alignment
Participate in integrated site scheduling meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support maintenance execution by ensuring schedules are practical, achievable, and aligned with site priorities
Use your strong scheduling expertise to support complex industrial maintenance operations
Advanced experience with Primavera P6, Prometheus, or other enterprise scheduling software
Leverage your SAP knowledge to support planning, maintenance, and scheduling activities
Experience scheduling medium to large-scale industrial, mining, manufacturing, or heavy industrial operations
Your ability to analyze critical paths and resource constraints will help drive operational success
Strong collaboration skills that allow you to effectively work with planners, supervisors, and operations teams
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving scheduling conflicts and improving schedule performance
Confidence leading meetings and communicating with stakeholders across multiple departments
Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Ability to thrive in a remote site-based environment while working independently and as part of a team
