We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Small Business Sales and Centre Visibility Associate to join our team! Responsibilities
- Prospect for NEW business clients in the Burlington/Waterdown/Aldershot area.
- Produce 10-20 quotes a day for simple small business items (flags, A-frames, window and vehicle graphics, etc.).
- Follow up on quotes
- Conducting local business visibility and awareness-building activities by acknowledging other small businesses in the local market. By walking in and conducting phone calls.
- Build strong relationships with local small business owners by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Assist in creating marketing materials and email campaigns that resonate with small businesses.
- Present product features confidently during client engagements.
- Collaborate with team members to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to attract small business clients
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, customer interactions, and product demos to ensure follow-up success
Experience
- Prior food service, door-to-door, or call centre experience is highly valued for this opportunity.
- Strong marketing skills are required, and a natural ability to engage with real humans live and in person.
- Experience conducting product demos or presentations that effectively showcase features and benefits
- Proven sales experience with a focus on building relationships and closing opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, active listening, and clear articulation of ideas
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable with sales incentive plans or commission programs.
