Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) dynamique, issu du milieu vétérinaire, avec une appétence avérée pour le recrutement. Vous êtes quelqu'un de communicatif, doté de compétences relationnelles exceptionnelles et d'une capacité à tisser des liens durables. Votre aisance commerciale et votre capacité à travailler de manière autonome seront vos atouts.

Vos missions seront :
- Travailler en toute autonomie
- Comprendre et identifier les besoins des structures vétérinaires ;
- Sourcer activement les vétérinaires et TSA qualifié(e)s ;
- Mener des entretiens pour évaluer les compétences et la compatibilité des candidats ;
- Présenter et coordonner les candidats avec les recruteurs ;
- Accompagner le processus de sélection et de recrutement ;
- Participer à la gestion et à la mise en œuvre d’actions de communication et de marketing de l'entreprise ;
- Déplacement en salon vétérinaire si nécessaire.
- Créer de nouveaux partenariats en démarchant cliniques vétérinaires, entreprises et écoles
- Entretenir et développer notre marché Canadien et Américain
Profil recherché :
- Bilingue français / anglais
- Plus que de l’expérience en recrutement, nous cherchons quelqu’un qui à l'âme d’un commercial!
- Expérience en tant que technicien(ne) en santé animale ou bien gestionnaire /manager de clinique en Amérique du Nord
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et organisation
- Habitué des réseaux sociaux
- Poste 100% en télétravail - Afin de faciliter les déplacements éventuel, il est nécessaire d’habiter proche d’un aéroport international
- Détenir un visa en règle vous permettant de travailler au Canada

You are a natural communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Work independently and manage your own activities;
- Understand and identify the staffing needs of veterinary practices and organizations;
- Proactively source qualified veterinarians and RVTs
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit;
- Present and coordinate candidate profiles with hiring managers and recruiters;
- Support and guide the selection and recruitment process;
- Participate in the planning and implementation of the company's communication and marketing initiatives;
- Attend veterinary conferences and trade shows when required;
- Develop new partnerships by prospecting veterinary clinics, companies, and educational institutions;
- Maintain and expand our presence in the Canadian and U.S. markets.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both French and English;
- More than recruitment experience, we are looking for someone with a true sales mindset and business development drive;
- Previous experience as a veterinary technician or veterinary practice manager in North America
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills;
- Comfortable using social media platforms as professional networking and recruitment tools;
- Fully remote position - Must live within reasonable proximity to an international airport to facilitate occasional travel;
- Must hold valid work authorization permitting employment in Canada.
Position Details
=> Start date: August 2026
=> Compensation: Base salary plus an annual performance bonus based on the achievement of objectives.
