Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Develop and design creative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and customer preferences
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking meet quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality
- Implement innovative culinary techniques and stay current with industry trends
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food service industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory control and food safety standards
- Previous experience in restaurant management or executive chef roles preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence
