Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Preliminary screening tests using Ophthalmic instruments with patients
*Proper communication skills required to speak with patients directly in the clinic and over the phone
*Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to patients
*Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately
*Recalling and booking patients for their next appointments
Requirements and Qualifications:
You will be a friendly, motivated and energetic individual that enjoys working with the patients. Outstanding customer service skills to deal with patients are a must for this position.
Prior experience is an asset, however, is not recommended as we will train qualified candidates.
The successful candidate must be reliable and punctual while also be receptive to change and open to learning new skills.
This position is primarily for Saturdays.
