Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain and improve the visual merchandising, clean and organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
- Perform product demonstrations and social media postings to showcase features and benefits.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales. Knowledge in visual merchandise.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Experience in social media posting.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
