Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products carefully curated for the client and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to offer clients the best options.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for clients.
- Proficient in hair styling techniques, including scissor cutting and fading.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
