Install Coordinator Job description:
- work with sales team after proposals are started
- apply for government rebates on behalf of customer
- schedule sub-contractors
- communication with customers whether for scheduling, accessibility, last minute changes, photos required for rebates, etc.
- organize technicians in the morning and keep in contact with them throughout the day as necessary
- order parts and equipment with a PO system
- pull parts and equipment for upcoming jobs
- occasional site visits required, use of a company vehicle provided for site visits
Requirements:
- good personal skills
- organization is key
- computer skills
- team player
- ability to lead a team of technicians to success on their job
- capable of taking job photos when needed and resizing images
- responsibility and accountability
No previous HVAC experience is required, we will help you reach your full potential. You will not be left to problem solve or learn on your own. We’re a team and we’re here to help you step into this position.
Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
