About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Process Past Due & Current Payments: Accurately handle and record payments while following up with customers on outstanding balances.
- Invoice Accuracy: Ensure all invoices contain correct details, including labor, parts, warranties, and charges.
- Customer Service: Answer calls and emails, addressing payment inquiries and account concerns with professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Assist in various accounting tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, , Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Lightspeed Retail.
- Strong data entry, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute.
- This position is located in Thorsby, AB (approximately one hour southwest of Edmonton) and will require reliable transportation.
