Job Title: Site Supervisor - New Home Construction

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily activities on our construction job sites. This role will be responsible for ensuring that each project runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction job sites for residential new builds
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times
- Follow and understand Blueprints
- Framming and site inspecitons
- Communicate directly with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct client walkthroughs, addressing any concerns or questions
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and identify any potential delays or issues
- Create deficiency lists and follow up on corrective actions
- Enforce and uphold site safety protocols to protect workers and visitors
- Resolve on-site issues proactively and provide guidance to tradespeople and laborers
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction (preferably in site management or supervisory roles)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project scheduling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
