Summary:
G-Force Security is seeking motivated, dependable, and professional Security Guards to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct regular patrols, monitor client properties, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your responsibilities include preventing unauthorized access, deterring theft and vandalism, and reporting security concerns promptly. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular mobile or foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor access points and control entry to authorized personnel and visitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
- Enforce site policies, procedures, and property rules.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
- Observe, investigate, and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches.
- Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
- Monitor and log site equipment, keys, and security assets as required.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and management when necessary.
- Maintain a visible security presence while working effectively in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Valid Security Guard License.
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification is an asset.
- Excellent observation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including accurate incident report writing.
- Previous experience in security, mobile patrol, customer service, or law enforcement is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for patrol positions).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and conducting patrols for extended periods.
