Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Support production or construction teams by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, tools, and equipment to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs when required
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines throughout the shift
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in general labor or related roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
