Position: Guest Services Agent (GSA)
Type: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)

Who You Are:
- Previous hotel or front desk experience is a plus but not required
- A diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is an asset
- Friendly, professional, and genuinely guest-focused
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Able to stay composed and efficient in a busy environment
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ready to bring a Brighthearted attitude to every shift—creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and warmth
- Check guests in and out efficiently while delivering a great first and last impression
- Create and manage reservations accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced float
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, and Hilton brand standards
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Support other departments when needed
- Take initiative and be eager to learn and grow
