Performer (Children’s Events & Parties) – Freelance / Part-TimeJob Summary
We are currently hiring enthusiastic and reliable performers to join our team for children’s parties and events. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in the performance or entertainment industry who enjoy working with children and creating memorable, high-energy experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform at children’s parties and events in costume and/or character
- Lead interactive activities such as games, singing, dancing, and storytelling
- Engage and entertain children in a fun, energetic, and professional manner
- Ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to deliver a high-quality experience
Qualifications
- Experience in the performance, entertainment, or events industry (required)
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage groups of children
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
Requirements
- Reliable transportation required (must be able to travel to event locations independently)
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children (preferred)
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
- Comfortable performing in costume for extended periods
