Overview
We’re looking to add a second Tractor Technician to our Calgary shop! This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, experienced team and work in a hands-on environment where your skills and growth truly matter.
What We’re Looking For
We are open to applicants who are either:
· Fully licensed tractor/heavy equipment technicians, or
· Apprentices with 1–2 years of schooling completed and a strong desire to continue developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and related equipment
· Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
· Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
· Communicate findings and recommendations to the shop team
· Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
Qualifications
· Journeyperson certification or registration as a Heavy Equipment Technician Apprentice
· 1–2 years of technical schooling (for apprentices)
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
