Job Description:
As a Screen Printer you will be responsible for producing vibrant, detailed, and accurate screen prints on a variety of materials, including textiles, apparel, and other promotional products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely and high-quality output while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate screen printing presses (Both automatic and Manual )
- Prepare screens, ink, and other materials for production
- Ensure prints are of high quality, meeting customer specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Assist with inventory management and material ordering as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in screen printing is a must
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to [40 lbs] pounds
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of screen-printing techniques, materials, and equipment mandatory

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Screen Printing: 5 years (preferred)
- Apparel production: 5 years (preferred)
