Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly nd assist with their inquiries in person and over the phone
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Upsell products and promote special offers or new items to enhance sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Assist with closing procedures as needed clean up end of the day
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills
Pay: $17.60 per hour
