Situated in the small rural community of Stanley, NB our home has embraced the philosophy of person-centered care. We work hard to care for our neighbors (residents) and our staff.
The home has 30 charming residents and is located in the rural village of Stanley, NB. You would be joining approximately 70 other caring and amazing staff who support our neighbors and their families daily.
Nashwaak Villa has an immediate opening for a 0.95 FTE Registered Nurse.
Within a case management structure, the Registered Nurse works collaboratively with our care team (consisting of a dynamic group of RNs, LPNs, PSWs, Housekeeping, and Dietary staff members) who are committed to providing quality resident care.
The RN is a leadership role responsible for the overall coordination of resident care; the provision of direct resident care, the supervision of auxiliary personnel, and day-to-day operation of the facility in the absence of administration.
What we hope you can offer us:
An active registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) is required.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate.

Physically able to perform assigned duties.
Previous long-term care experience and experience in case management desirable.
