What You’ll Do:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests and residents upon arrival
- Offer premium valet services, including safe parking and retrieval of vehicles
- Assist with luggage handling and ensure guests feel cared for from the moment they arrive
- Share knowledge of local attractions, hotel amenities, and services
- Maintain organized key control and accurate vehicle records
- Direct traffic flow in the parking area when needed
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, grooming, and guest interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Hotel or premium retail experience required – you know what world-class service looks like
- High energy, approachable, and skilled at building rapport with guests and colleagues
- Excellent verbal communication skills and polished presentation
- Valid G driver’s license (minimum 1 year) with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a range of vehicles safely and responsibly
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Can work morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts
