We have an exciting opportunity for a Service advisor at Olympic Marine and Recreation Airdrie.
This position will mainly be comprised of interaction with shop staff, retail customers and vendors, so excellent people skills are a must. You will work with and support our Service team to ensure that filled work orders are accurate, processed efficiently and properly. Having a strong understanding of PBS will be considered an asset. A mechanical background or automotive technical knowledge will be very beneficial in this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous marine Service Advisor experience is preferred
- Previous marine dealer background is an asset
- The ability to work in a busy environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft office programs
- The ability to be customer focused and to make sure that all customer needs are fulfilled
