Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
Who are we?
As part of Strategic Distribution, the Operational Performance - Brokers team is modernizing commercial insurance by rolling out major initiatives, including Contact AE, a national platform that simplifies quotes and transactions with brokers.
The role
As Senior Business Advisor, you will play a key role in the deployment of Contact AE within the Western Provinces broker network. In close partnership with Business Development, you will define the best strategies to accelerate adoption, supported by solid analysis and best practices in change management.
Office: Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton
This is a permanent full-time position and requires a minimum of 2 days per week working in the office.
What you'll accomplish with us:

Deploy the Contact AE system to the brokerage network, as well as its new functionalities in a national context of constant change and transformation.

Use your experience in project management and the development of project plans or action plans for your region.

Gather and analyze data in order to initiate, develop and recommend practices and activities aimed at improving and increasing the use of Contact AE for firms and producers.

Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing deployment processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements.

Work closely with Business Development to develop implementation strategies and monitor the regional action plan.

Develop documentation to support the analysis of recommendations, and document all follow-up tools and action plans.

Participate in the development of future ideas, share experience and expertise for the benefit of the national team. Follow national guidelines while customizing certain actions at regional level.

Support and accompany colleagues with a more field-based focus, by providing analyses, strategies or methodology.

Participate in the development of change management strategies, including support for the development of training materials and activities, communication and facilitation of workshops or committees.

Understand the Contact AE project ecosystem and its stakeholders to obtain a 360 view and analyze impacts.

Support the facilitation of regional executive committees.

What you bring to the table:

At least 5 years' relevant experience in a project management or organizational consulting role.

Possess strong practical experience in project and change management; ability to problem-solve and influence to overcome resistance to change.

Knowledge of the commercial insurance market (an asset).

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
