Our fleet includes travel trailers, boats, Sea-Doos, and recreational equipment used throughout the Okanagan. We are looking for dependable seasonal drivers to join our summer team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role Overview
As a Seasonal Equipment Driver, your role is to ensure the safe, timely delivery and setup of watercraft and trailers. You'll handle boat launches, load-outs, and orientation with renters—making sure every customer receives their rental in clean and safe condition. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, is confident towing and launching equipment, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.
Key Duties
- Transport boats, trailers, and other equipment using company trucks and trailers
- Launch and retrieve watercraft at designated boat launches
- Deliver and set up travel trailers at campgrounds and customer sites
- Conduct basic pre-trip inspections and routine equipment checks
- Keep accurate delivery records and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Provide safety overviews and walk-throughs with renters
- Comply with all driving and safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Minimum 1 year towing travel trailers
- Comfortable driving trucks and towing larger trailers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Weekend and holiday availability during peak summer months
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience setting up RVs or travel trailers
- Knowledge of Okanagan campgrounds and routes
- Mechanical or towing experience
