We’re looking for warm, polished Reservation Hosts with to create meaningful first impressions and lasting connections with our guests.
About the Role
As the first contact of the restaurant, you'll be responsible for managing reservations and the line up with precision, poise and lots of fun.
Please note: This is a part-time position. Evening Shifts to support both our dinner and bar services. Flexibility and reliability are key.
What You'll Do
- Welcome – Greet guests with genuine hospitality and anticipate their needs with grace and professionalism.
- Manage Reservations – Handle bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences with attention to detail and consistency.
- Manage the line -Organize the safe flow of guests while selling group packages and minimizing wait times.
- Own the Flow of Service – Coordinate with the kitchen, management, and service team to ensure smooth pacing and thoughtful table management.
- Handle the Unexpected – Address special requests, last-minute changes, and seating challenges with confidence and creativity.
Who You Are
- A hospitality professional with at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar environment
- Organized, calm under pressure, and skilled in multitasking
- A clear and warm communicator who makes guests feel welcome and understood
- A detail-driven team player who thrives in a polished, fast-paced environment
