As a key member of our team, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and CRM platforms (Salesforce and Zendesk).
- Process customer orders, coordinate appointments, and manage a variety of client requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resolve complex or escalated customer issues using sound judgment, effective communication, and strong conflict-resolution skills.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2* years of experience* in a high-volume customer service or client support environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
