Tint Express is one of Canada's fastest-growing automotive customization companies, specializing in window tinting, detailing, PPF, electronics, ceramic coatings, and various aftermarket services. We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve company standards.
- Manage staff schedules and maintain productivity targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and promote additional services where appropriate.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with company SOPs.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with management for ordering supplies.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate effectively with the leadership team.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance work culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a leadership role.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions under demanding situations.
- Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work a six-day work week.
