About Us: TDI International is a premier construction company specializing in sports facilities, golf courses, and boardwalks. As we continue to grow across Ontario, we're seeking skilled and reliable Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team.
Position: Equipment Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and loaders, to perform tasks such as site preparation, material handling, excavation, helical pile installation, and grading.
- Assist with additional construction activities, including carpentry and landscaping, to support project completion.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in excellent condition through routine inspections and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Your Profile:
- Proven experience in operating equipment within construction or landscaping settings.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina to excel in demanding outdoor environments.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid G driver's license; a DZ or AR license is considered an asset.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to job sites and reporting locations as required
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- Occasional half-day Saturdays when required.
