Status: Full-Time (Includes Saturday shifts; closed Sundays)
Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour
Campbell Chrysler is seeking a self-motivated, disciplined individual to join our team as a Sales & Media Associate. This hybrid position is designed for someone who is willing to put in the work, learn the daily operations of a dealership, and eventually transition into a long-term automotive sales career.
Previous automotive experience is not required—we provide full training. What we value most is character, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Primary Responsibilities
Your daily routine will involve a mix of outdoor lot management, digital content creation, and basic customer support:
● Lot Operations & Sales Support: Move, stage, and organize vehicles to keep the lot looking sharp. Check in new vehicle arrivals, ensure inventory is clean and fueled, and assist with vehicle washing and delivery preparation.
● Marketing & Media: Photograph new and used inventory, record vehicle walk-around videos, and upload listings to our website. You will also manage regular social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and learn basic graphic design and vinyl decal application.
● Business Development: Learn customer prospecting techniques, assist with lead follow-up, update our CRM system, and support dealership marketing initiatives and sales events.
● Client Interaction: Professionally assist customers, help educate them on vehicle technology features, and accompany them on test drives when required.
Candidate Qualifications
● Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
● Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
● Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and social media platforms.
● Willing to adapt to a variety of hands-on tasks and daily dealership needs.
● Presentable, punctual, and comfortable working Saturdays.
● Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
