Job Overview
We manufacture commercial grade wood toy products for use in public places. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized person to join our team as an assembler.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to work with various hand and small power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Duties
- Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Fabricate parts as needed using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required for material handling.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and provide solutions to improve processes.
- Able to lift 50lbs
Skills
- Ability to use hand tools and small power tools for assembly tasks.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
