Responsibilities
- Perform thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical issues on motorcycles and powersports vehicles using specialized tools and equipment.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks including engine work, brake adjustments, tire replacements, electrical troubleshooting, and fluid changes.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with precision.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures to ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance their riding experience.
- Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each vehicle serviced.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout daily operations.
Qualifications
- 310G or 310S Certification
- Own tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge of motorcycles and powersports equipment with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets effectively.
- Proficiency with power tools including drills, grinders, impact wrenches, and other shop equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to accurately diagnose problems.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in motorcycle or powersports repair is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$41.72 per hour
