Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of contact for major retail partners, driving joint growth plans and sell-through performance
- Partner with buying and product teams on assortment strategy and new launch execution
- Design and run co-branded marketing initiatives across in-store, digital, and promotional channels
- Own pricing and promotional calendar management to balance growth with brand protection
- Analyze account and campaign performance to uncover new opportunities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners through proposal development and negotiation
- Build and grow relationships across a network of automotive dealership partners
- Develop joint sales strategies with accessory groups to expand dealer-channel revenue
- Support dealer-facing marketing and events to increase product visibility
- Provide training to dealership teams to strengthen product knowledge and sales execution
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in sales or account management, consumer goods background preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Solid analytical ability - comfortable turning data into commercial action
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
