Bookkeeping is often described as “keeping things organized.”
Which is a slightly understated way of saying you stop businesses from becoming expensive mysteries.
This established CPA firm is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support a portfolio of small businesses, family-owned companies and owner-managed clients.
What you’ll do
- Manage bookkeeping across multiple client files
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain general ledgers and financial records
- Work extensively with QuickBooks Online
- Communicate with clients and resolve discrepancies
- Support the accounting team with year-end files

What they’re looking for
- 3+ years of Canadian bookkeeping experience
- Previous CPA firm experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
