Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing tire services, oil changes, and basic automotive maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-ups, and basic maintenance services.
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on various vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance and safety issues.
- Assist in shop maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain basic service details to customers.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tire and lube services (1+ year preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and tire equipment.
- Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
