The Position: Regional Sales Manager

Located in Innisfil, Ontario, we continue to host weekly auto auctions and 8 major 2 day unreserved industrial events monthly public and dealer auctions at our expansive facility.

The Job
In this role you will develop new accounts and build long-term customer relationships. You will source new business through a combination of techniques, including networking, cold calling, supplied advertising, direct mailing, and other proactive prospecting methods.
- The core element of this role is to secure industrial equipment consignments to fill the auction yard ahead of each sale.
- Work with companies in wide range of industries, including construction, oilfield, equipment sales and rental, mining, transportation, utilities, government, etc.
- Strategic Planning – Tailoring sales plans and commercial strategies to drive business growth.
- Key Account Management – Building and maintaining relationships with major local consignors.
- Building an Industrial Sales Team – Training, mentoring, and motivating onboarded sales representatives.
- Performance Management – Setting targets and tracking progress through KPIs.
- Attending auctions and trade shows.

Essential Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Proven experience in industrial sales, with a track record of managing a successful sales team.
- Extensive leadership experience in the auction industry or related sectors (e.g., heavy equipment, industrial assets, construction or agriculture.)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to asset sales and auctions.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
The Person

Essential Requirements
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the industrial sector (e.g., heavy equipment, industrial assets, construction or agriculture equipment)
- Strong understanding of machinery valuation, bidding processes, and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to asset sales and auctions.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have or be eligible to obtain an OMVIC Dealer’s licence

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
